Synopsis & Listing Information

BOA Acquisition Corp. was a blank-check company (SPAC) led by CEO Brian Friedman, focusing on real estate technology (PropTech), hospitality, and alternative lodging infrastructure networks.

Listing History: The company finalized its Initial Public Offering on February 23, 2021, on the New York Stock Exchange. The components subsequently unbundled, allowing the public warrants to be tracked under variant system tickers including BOAS.WS and the system routing extension BOAS.T.

Business Combination: On October 27, 2022, BOA Acquisition Corp. completed its definitive business combination with Selina Holding Company, an experiential lifestyle hospitality and lodging brand. Upon closing, the combined entity assumed the legal structure of Selina Hospitality PLC.

Ticker Change: Following the completion of the business combination, the warrants migrated from the NYSE platform to the Nasdaq Capital Market, transitioning from their SPAC-era tickers over to the unified successor symbol SLNAW.

Reverse Split Adjustment: On April 15, 2024, Selina Hospitality implemented a 1-for-30 reverse stock split. This corporate action adjusted the underlying warrant terms, increasing the required execution cost from $11.50 to $345.00 per share and requiring 30 warrants to be surrendered to purchase one share of common stock.

Current Status: Inactive / Terminated. Following severe, unrecoverable operational insolvency, Selina Hospitality entered formal administrative receivership and corporate liquidation proceedings in mid-2024. As a result, its common equity and the SLNAW warrant lines were fully delisted from the Nasdaq and cancelled with no residual intrinsic value.

Days Left

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
