Synopsis & Listing Information

Ouster, Inc. develops high-resolution digital lidar sensors for the automotive, industrial, robotics, and smart infrastructure industries.

Listing History: The company went public via a SPAC merger with Colonnade Acquisition Corp. II. The public warrants originally traded on the NYSE under the symbol OUST.WS. On December 23, 2024, Ouster transferred its market tier and listings to the NASDAQ. Following this transfer, the public warrants expiring in 2026 transitioned to trade under the symbol OUSTZ on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

Business Combination: The business combination between Colonnade Acquisition Corp. II and Ouster, Inc. closed on March 11, 2021. The post-merger entity retained the name Ouster, Inc.

Ticker Change: The ticker moved from OUST.WS on the NYSE to OUSTZ on the NASDAQ in December 2024.

Reverse Split Adjustment: On April 20, 2023, Ouster executed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. Because the structural terms adjusted proportionally for both the parent stock and the operational rules of the warrant agreement, a whole warrant continues to exercise into one unit of post-split common stock at a normalized $11.50 strike price.

Current Status: As of mid-2026, the OUSTZ warrants have reached their definitive operational window and expired out-of-the-money on March 11, 2026, subsequently wrapping up their public exchange quotes.

Days Left

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
