A total of 1,631,340 transferable warrants of the trust will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Oct. 30, 2007, on a when-issued basis, under the following trading information:

The warrants are being issued to holders of trust units of the trust of record as of the close on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, on the basis of one-half of a whole warrant for each unit held. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one unit at a price of $8.70 after Jan. 1, 2008, but on or before 3 p.m. (Calgary time) on Oct. 2, 2008 (the expiry time). Warrants will not be exercisable until Jan. 1, 2008. Warrants not exercised by the expiry time will be void and of no value.
The warrants are fully transferable and will be evidenced by a global warrant certificate registered in the name of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. or its nominee. Warrants must be exercised and transferred, and units must be purchased, transferred and surrendered for retraction or redemption through a CDS participant. Upon the exercise of a warrant, the trust will pay a fee of 20 cents per warrant to the dealer whose client is exercising the warrant.
The warrants are governed by the terms of a warrant indenture dated as of Oct. 23, 2007, between the trust and Computershare Trust Co. of Canada. The warrant indenture provides for appropriate adjustments to the warrants in the event of stock dividends, subdivisions, consolidations and other forms of capital reorganization.
