The Toronto Stock Exchange reports
that Hut 8 Mining Corp. will list
and post for trading 11.5 million
warrants at 5:01 p.m. on June 15,
2021, under the symbol HUT.WT.A
and Cusip No. 44812T 12 8. As
stated in its prospectus
supplement dated June 11, 2021,
the company will issue 23 million
units at $5 per unit in a public
offering, with each unit
consisting of one share and
one-half warrant.
According to the TSX, the units
will separate immediately upon the
closing of the offering. Each
whole warrant will be exercisable
at $6.25 per share until 5 p.m.
Toronto time on the date that is
24 months following the closing
date of the offering. The TSX has
issued a separate bulletin
regarding the listing of the
shares.

Warrants Called to Trade
The Toronto Stock Exchange reports
that Hut 8 Mining Corp. will list
and post for trading 5,750,456
warrants at the open on June 25,
2020. According to the TSX, the
listing covers warrants forming
part of the 5,740,456 units to be
sold to the public at $2.45 per
unit, pursuant to the terms of a
short form prospectus dated June
22, 2020.
Each offering unit will consist of
one share and one warrant. The
units will separate immediately
upon the closing of the offering.
Each warrant will be exercisable
at $1.80 per share until 5 p.m.
Toronto time on the date that is
18 months following the closing
date of the offering.
The warrants will trade under the
symbol HUT.WT, under Cusip No.
44812T 11 0 and in Canadian
dollars. The TSX has issued a
separate bulletin regarding the
listing of the shares underlying
the units.

- Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.

- Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
- Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
