The Toronto Stock Exchange
reports that Hydropothecary
Corp. will be listed and posted
for trading on the TSX at the
open on June 22, 2018. According
to the TSX, there will be
191,560,223 shares of the
company issued and outstanding,
with 47,188,147 shares reserved
for issuance, and 18,577,500
warrants issued and outstanding,
with no warrants reserved for
issuance. The shares will trade
under the symbol HEXO and Cusip
No. 44903W 10 5, and the
warrants will trade under the
symbol HEXO.WT and Cusip No.
44903W 13 9.
According to the TSX, the
company's shares have been
listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange since March 21, 2017,
under the symbol THCX, and its
warrants have been listed on the
TSX-V since Feb. 2, 2018, under
the symbol THCX.WT. The shares
and warrants will be delisted
from the TSX-V upon the start of
trading on the TSX.
As stated in the warrant
indenture dated Jan. 30, 2018,
Hydropothecary's warrants are
exercisable at $5.60 per share
until 5 p.m. Eastern Time on

- Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
- Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
- Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
- Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
- Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
