office will change from Calgary

company will be suspended.
The trading symbols for the
company will change from MEI to
MEI.H, MEI.DB to MEI.DB.H and

change in the company's name, no
change in its Cusip number and
no consolidation of capital. The
symbol extension differentiates
NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier

notes, the warrants and the
common shares issuable on the
exercise of the warrants on the
TSX-V. The CEL notes and the
warrants will commence trading
at the opening of the markets on
Oct. 27, 2016, under the trading
symbols MEI.DB and MEI.WT,
respectively.

- Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
- Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
- Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
