Medmen Enterprises closes $86.25-million financing

Medmen Enterprises Inc. has completed its previously announced bought deal financing of 15,681,818 units at a price of $5.50 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class B subordinate voting share in the capital of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire, subject to adjustment in certain circumstances, one Class B subordinate voting share in the capital of the company at an exercise price of $6.87 for a period of 36 months following the closing of the offering.

The company has received approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to list the warrants issued pursuant to the offering. The warrants are expected to commence trading under the ticker symbol MMEN.WT on the date hereof.
