Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders June 9, 2010, Medoro Resources Ltd. has consolidated its capital on a 1:3 basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening Aug. 4, 2010, the common shares of Medoro Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The warrants of Medoro Resources will continue trading without any actual change in the number of warrants, however, warrant holders will require three warrants to purchase one postconsolidated share at $3.75. The expiry date of the warrants is unchanged and the warrants will expire on Nov. 3, 2011. The company is classified as a gold exploration company.
