Effective at the opening, Thursday, June 2, 2022, the common share purchase
warrants of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Capitalization: 9.2 million warrants authorized by a warrant indenture dated May
20, 2022, of which 6,858,800 are issued and outstanding

Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share at an
exercise price equal to $1.40 until May 20, 2027 (subject to an acceleration
provision and adjustments in certain customary events).
The company shall be entitled, at its sole option, at any time after the second
anniversary of May 20, 2022, to accelerate the expiry date of all but not less
than all of the then outstanding warrants on not more than 60 days and not less
than 30 days of notice, if the volume weighted average trading price of the
common shares on the exchange is greater than $2 for the 10 consecutive trading
days preceding the notice.

has changed its name as follows.
There is no consolidation of
capital.
Effective at the opening, Monday,
Nov. 16, 2020, the common shares
and trading warrants of NG Energy
International Corp. will commence
trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange and the common shares and
trading warrants of NGX Energy
International Corp. will be
delisted. The company is
classified as an oil and gas
exploration company.
Each warrant entitles the holder
to purchase one common share of NG
Energy International at a price of
$10.50 per share and will expire
on July 31, 2022.

- Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
