Tidewater Midstream warrants to
trade on TSX

Warrants Called to Trade
The Toronto Stock Exchange
reports that Tidewater Midstream
and Infrastructure Ltd. will list
24,196,000 warrants for trading on
the TSX at the open on Aug. 16,
2022. According to the TSX, the
warrants will trade under the
symbol TWM.WT, in Canadian dollars
and with Cusip No. 886453 15 8.
As stated in its short form
prospectus dated Aug. 9, 2022, the
company will issue 48,392,000
units at $1.20 per unit in a
public offering, with each unit
consisting of one share and
one-half warrant of the company.
The units will separate
immediately upon the closing of
the offering, which is expected to
occur before the open on Aug. 16,
2022.
According to the TSX, each whole
warrant will be exercisable at
$1.44 per share until 2:30 p.m.
Calgary time on August 16, 2024.
The transfer agent and registrar
is TSX Trust Company at its
principal office in Calgary, and
the market-maker is Virtu ITG
Canada Corp. The TSX has issued a
separate bulletin regarding the
listing of the shares underlying
the units.

- Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
- Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
- Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
- Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
- Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
