Afri-Can Marine to offer rights per share

The company has announced that, on May 2, 2005, the company will offer to shareholders on record, rights to purchase shares of the company. One right will be issued for each common share held. Five rights plus 10 cents are required to purchase one share. The expiry date for the rights offering is May 23, 2005. As at April 19, 2005, the company has 85,215,975 shares issued and outstanding.
