The company will offer to shareholders of record as at April 15 1994 rights to purchase shares of the company. One right will be issued for each share held. Two and one half rights and $0.25 are required to purchase one unit, each unit consisting of one share and one series A warrant. The offer will expire July 14 1994. One series A warrant and $0.275 entitles the buyer to purchase one share up to July 14 1995.
Effective at the opening April 11 1994, the shares of the company will trade ex-rights and the rights will be posted and called for trading on a when issued basis.
