The ASE has been advised the company is issuing rights to holders of its issued and outstanding class A common shares of record at the close March 3 1994. Holders will receive one right for each class A common sdhare held. The rights offering circular has been cleared in Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Ontario and Saskatchewan only.
The rights will be posted for trading on the ASE February 25 1994. The common shares will commence trading on an ex-rights basis at the opening February 25 1994.
