Synopsis & Listing Information

Replay Acquisition Corp. was a blank-check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted asset accumulation structure, designed to target consumer finance, diversified asset management, or corporate lending networks.

Listing History: Replay executed its initial capital market offering in April 2019. The components dissociated, permitting the standalone public warrants to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under ticker symbol RPLAY.WS.

Business Combination: On April 1, 2021, the company completed its large-scale business combination with Finance of America Equity Capital LLC, a highly diversified consumer lending and reverse-mortgage operational platform. The combined multi-brand public enterprise assumed the name Finance of America Companies Inc.

Ticker Change: With the close of the transaction, the common stock tracked onto the NYSE under the master symbol FOA, and the public warrants transitioned from RPLAY.WS to trade under the dedicated symbol FOA.WS (alternatively formatted as FOA-WS).

Recent Expiration Status: As of May 2026, these public warrants have reached the end of their listed lifecycle. The securities hit their five-year post-merger structural terminal limit and officially expired on April 1, 2026. Prior to expiration, they were moved to inactive tier definitions on the exchange ledger and cancelled.

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
