The listing covers warrants forming part of the 8.62 million units to be sold to the public at a price of $1.45 per unit pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated July 29, 2008. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of the company at a price of $1.85 per share at any time prior to 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date that is three years following the closing of the offering. The units will separate immediately upon closing of the offering.

The warrants will be governed by the terms of a warrant indenture between the company and CIBC Mellon Trust Co., as trustee. The warrant indenture provides for appropriate adjustments to the warrants in the event of stock dividends, subdivisions, consolidations and other forms of capital reorganization.
